Disney Theatrical Group is excited to be developing a NEW musical revue entitled Dare to Dream, and they have invited Aspire PAC to try it out before it is released!
Dare to Dream is a musical showcase of Disney songs, including standalone hits, medleys of classics, and fun new twists on original arrangements. Featuring hit songs such as "Let It Go," "How Far I'll Go," "Go the Distance," "Surface Pressure," "Part of Your World," "Remember Me,"
and more!

OPEN TO AGES 8 TO 14!
Auditions have already taken place, but if you are interested in joining our ensemble, please email aspirepac@gmail.com

PERFORMANCES: June 2-3, 2023
All rehearsals and performances take place in Wayne.

There is a registration fee to participate in this production. Payment plans and partial scholarships available, just ask! Please do not let the fee deter you from auditioning. We want to support all who want to participate! No refunds are given unless a production, class, or workshop is cancelled by Aspire PAC.

What is a PILOT PRODUCTION?
When licensing and production companies decide to adapt a musical for young performers, it goes through a PILOT PROCESS. Working directly with the writers, composers, and lyricists, the script and music are edited in order to make it more appropriate for younger actors, as well as more feasible for schools and community theatres. Over the course of two to three years, the script is piloted with theatre companies so the creative team can continue to refine and edit it until they feel it is just right - then it is published and can be licensed for production! By being part of this production, you will be one of the FIRST YOUNG ACTORS to perform in the show BEFORE it is released to the public!
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do I need to audition to be a part of the production(s)?
A. We do require an audition for all of our productions as we believe auditioning is an integral part of the learning experience. It also gives us the opportunity to learn more about you as an individual. However, we try our best to make the audition process as painless and as FUN as possible. We also strive to find ways to include as many performers as possible in each production and work very hard NOT to turn people away.

Q. I have some conflicts with the rehearsal dates. Will this affect my ability to participate?
A. A draft schedule for each show is typically posted on the website prior to auditions so you can check all potential conflicts. We typically allow 3-4 excused absences, but try to be flexible based on school commitments, etc. We list mandatory weeks, which are the last two weeks before the shows, and ask that all are present. Please be as honest as possible regarding conflicts on your audition sheet and/or speak to the Director if you have specific concerns. We always do our best to work around as much as we can if given enough notice.

Q. I am concerned about the registration fee. Do you offer payment plans or scholarship opportunities?
A. Payment plans are offered for all programs and fees are typically split into two or three payments to be paid every two weeks. Scholarship opportunities can be discussed. Email us for more information.

Q. Will I know what my role is before committing to the program?
A. The cast list will be shared shortly after auditions and/or callbacks. We ask at that time that you let us know as soon as possible if you will be accepting your role. If you have specific needs in terms of casting, please note this on your audition form. However, we encourage you to be open to all opportunities as there is always something to learn from each and every role and production.

Q. I am not sure if I want to be onstage this summer, but I would love the opportunity to help in another area such as costumes/set/props/other aspects of production? Is there a place for me?
A. Yes! Please visit our Work With Us page or email us at aspirepac@gmail.com for more information.

What Our Clients Are Saying

I just wanted to take a moment and thank all that were involved in the production of the play. Really top notch and very enjoyable. My granddaughter was in it and loves what she does. I've never seen a play where everyone, not just two or three, were absolutely FANTASTIC! I mean everyone. You all should be very proud of them and yourselves. I never enjoyed myself as much as I did. Thank you and keep up the great work you do, it's because of people like you the world has hope.
